These blue lace knickers are beautiful, comfortable, VLP free and ethical … but not in the way you might think.
Instead of focusing on using natural and organic fibers such as bamboo and hemp, Who Made Your Pants? made the decision to recycle end-of-season fabrics sold on by larger lingerie companies. Making incredible new lace knickers out of the materials much bigger companies often considered waste.
With a growing studio based in Southampton, WMYP creates jobs and training for refugee women who have previously struggled to find work. The money from each pair of knickers that is sold goes back into the business, not only to cover costs such as rent, fabric and wages but also to provide training, support and advice.
